7-Day Replacement Guarantee:
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
It must include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and warranty cards.
Crucial: To process a claim for a damaged or wrong item, an Unboxing Video is strictly required. This helps our fulfillment team verify the issue instantly.
Non-Returnable Items:
Watches that have been worn, scratched, or altered.
Items requested for return simply due to a "change of mind" after delivery.
Refund Process (COD Orders):
Because our transactions are primarily Cash on Delivery (COD), we do not process direct cash refunds via the courier.
In the case of a valid return, we provide a Direct Exchange (replacement item).
If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue Store Credit equal to your purchase amount, which can be used anytime on our store.
